By using Douglass Vision, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo or use the studio.

Planning tool—not a color guarantee

Douglass Vision creates an AI-assisted approximation for planning purposes. Screen calibration, lighting, surrounding materials, camera processing, paint sheen, substrate, and application method can change how a real color appears. Always confirm the final selection with a physical paint sample in the project’s actual lighting.

Estimates and project conditions

A visualization, Vision IQ observation, product suggestion, or preliminary discussion is not a binding estimate, inspection, warranty, or construction recommendation. Douglass Painting confirms preparation, repairs, quantities, products, finish, scope, schedule, and price through its normal estimating and contracting process.

Your photos

You may upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential documents, or photos that violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Complimentary usage and availability

Public preview rendering is subject to per-visitor and overall daily limits. We may change, pause, or end complimentary usage; block automated or abusive requests; or remove access when necessary to protect the service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass limits, automate bulk requests, probe private systems, interfere with the application, or use Douglass Vision to create deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content.

Service availability

The studio is provided on an “as available” basis during its public-preview period. AI results and availability may vary, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
